Easter is just a short couple weeks away and I am super excited to share lots of fun family events coming up soon. We have rounded up all of the event information you need for one fantastic, egg-hunting, candy-stuffing holiday! 

Easter Egg Hunts – Iowa 

Dahl’s Ford’s 5th Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Davenport, Iowa
Sunday, April 2nd, 2017

Dahl Ford welcomes you to join us for our 5th Annual Easter Egg Hunt & Food Drive! Easter Egg Hunt starts at 11:00 am, Gates will open at 10:00 am. Admission is a non perishable food item to be donated to Hope Church Food Pantry in LeClaire, IA. 

 

Bettendorf Easter Egg Hunt

Easter Egg Hunt is Saturday, April 8th at Crow Creek Park (soccer fields).  Kid’s games at noon and egg hunt starts at 1:00 p.m. The event is sponsored by the City of Bettendorf and Bettendorf First Assembly.

 

Muscatine Park Easter Egg Hunt

The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department’s Easter Egg Hunt will have 3 different age groups with ages 3 and under starting at 10:10 am. 

 

Spring Celebration & Eco-Egg Hunt

Saturday April 8th 9:00am-Noon

Children can participate in either a hide-and seek egg hunt (great for younger children) or a GPS Scavenger egg hunt (best for older children). There will also be a variety of nature themed hands-on activities where children and their families will learn about local wildlife. Bettendorf Christian Church Easter Egg Hunt

A VBS-style event where families will discover the great surprise that happened on the first Easter. With kid-geared worship, interactive Bible lessons and even an Easter egg hunt is sure to be an event your family won’t want to miss. LeClaire Park & Rec Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Hollyhock park – 201 N. 6th Street. LeClaire, IA
Saturday April 15 11am – 1pm

Egg hunt starts promptly at 11am; bring your own basket. Enjoy food, music, bounce house, and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

 


Easter Egg Hunts – Illinois

Geneseo Park District Egg Hunt

Sunday April 9th 1:30pm

A fun family tradition! Join us at the Athletic Field for the 12th Annual Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter Egg Hunt is set up so your little bunny can find candy or toy filled eggs with children of the same age. Find one of the Golden Eggs and receive a special prize! Rain Locations, inside community center.

 

Rock Island Parks & Recreation Spring Egg Hunt
Lincoln Park- 11th Ave & 38th St. Rock Island
Saturday April 8th promptly at 9:30 am

Brings your bags and baskets to gather eggs. There will be a surprise visit from the bunny! Rain location will be at the Rock Island Fitness and activity center.

 

New Kingdom Trailriders Special Needs Egg Hunt

Saturday, April 8th at 1:00 pm

Our 2nd Annual event we are super excited to be hosting is a Special Needs Easter Egg hunt.  This event is open to the community for anyone with a disability “physical or mental”, any age and they don’t have to be a current rider!  If you plan on coming out please dress appropriately (it is a farm) and make sure to bring something to collect those eggs in. 

 

Moline Parks and Recreation Easter Egg Hunt
Riverside Park- 1014 29th St Moline, Il
Saturday April 8th 

  • Ages 2 and under: 9:45 a.m. – inside fenced area of the pool
  • Ages 3-6: 10:00 a.m. – west side of pool
  • Ages 7-8: 10:00 a.m. – north side of Mausoleum

Kids ages 8 and under, join us for our 13th Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Riverside Park Field (3300 5th Ave. Moline). There will be 12,000 candy-filled eggs hidden around the field for children to find. Other activities include a visit from the Easter Bunny and McGruff the Crime Dog and a fun bounce house provided by Quad City Bouncy!

 

Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt
Riverside Park- 1014 29th St Moline, Il
Saturday April 8th 8:00 pm

Kids, ages 9-12, are invited to join us on April 8. Candy laden eggs will be hidden around Riverside Park Field for kids to discover. Please bring your own flashlights. This event is FREE and open to the public.

 


Easter Fun Runs 

Easter Egg Scramble 5k Run/Walk
Village of East Davenport 
Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 9:00am

Come celebrate the 5th ANNUAL EASTER EGG SCRAMBLE 5K RUN/WALK on Saturday, April 15, 2017. The start/finish will be in The Historic Village of East Davenport, Iowa where you will run/walk through Scenic Parks that overlook the The Mighty Mississippi River.

 

Southeast National Bank Bunny Hop

Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 8:30am

Kids 1/2 mile race for all kids up to age 12!! Free admittance into Easter Egg Hunt! Every child will receive a finishers medal.

 


And, of course, you’ll be able to find the Easter Bunny at the NorthPark Mall (through April 15th, 2017):

Easter Bunny Photos
Sunday-Thursday (March 27-April 6): 4pm-8pm
Monday-Thursday (April 10-April 13): 12pm-8pm
Friday-Saturday: 11am-9pm
Sunday: 12pm-6pm

Visit the Easter Bunny for Photos and a Free Gift. Reservations now available but not required.
The Easter Bunny is located in Von Maur Court.
