Parks operations is at it again! They’ve installed 360 sq ft of fun at the Roosevelt Community Center! The indoor sandbox will be open Mon-Fri 9 AM-12 PM, and fully equipped with sand toys! The play area is geared towards ages 6 and younger
Get rid of the cabin fever and bring the kids down to the Col Ballroom and join All In1 Fun for The Kids Winter Bounce Party 2018! Your children will enjoy unlimited inflatable access with each admission purchase. The Fun will begin at 2pm it will include a wide variety of different bounce houses, obstacles, and inflatable games.
Join the Quad City Botanical Center for a family friendly day in our warm Sun Garden and learn all about why we love plants! We will talk about how they affect our daily lives, what they provide for us and more! As always, we will have crafts and activities for everyone
You can call Saturn the true “Lord of the Rings.” See the second largest planet up-close, and learn about the voyage of the two-story Cassini-Huygens spacecraft on its mission to explore Saturn and its moons during “Saturn the Ring World.” The Dome experience is fully immersive, and viewers are presented with planetarium-style videos and images from a 360-degree projector in front, behind, above and on both sides of them.
The Moline and Rock Island Parks and Recreation Departments are inviting dads and daughters to an evening of fun during Dad Daughter Date Night at the Rock Island Fitness and Activity Center for a 2nd year! Participants will get to enjoy an evening of music, dancing and snacks along with a photo booth and other fun activities.
Create a memory that you will both never forget, at Davenport Parks and Recreation’s annual Daddy Daughter Dance. Couples will be treated to a dinner buffet, crafts, and a chance to win prizes. A professional photographer will be available to take photos
