Quad Cities Summer Bucket List (Social Distancing Friendly)

Summer is a traditionally busy time.  This summer looks like it might be a lot slower paced than in years past, with many things looking different in this unprecedented era of COVID-19. I still love the concept of creating a Summer Bucket List or a Super Summer Challenge though, to keep things fresh and new, as well as to stave off boredom. We’ve tried to do our best to come up with ideas we can do as a family while still practicing social distancing.

A Summer Bucket List should feel fun and energizing, not like a burden! If it seems too hard right now to think of something fun to do or to even the concept of having fun out and about right now, I hear you! Give this a hard pass then. If, on the other hand, you’re looking for ways to break up the monotony and give your daily routine a boost, then a Quad Cities Summer Bucket List that is social distancing friendly might be just the ticket.

Perhaps it will

  • Allow you to not worry so much about keeping a routine!
  • Ensure your kids will get to do some fun things this summer, including some things they’ve picked themselves.
  • Give you some intentional family time to make great memories together.
